Hierarchy of Well Experienced Team
Project Manager will be responsible for overall co-ordination and monitoring the day-to-day activities at the site. He will be responsible and report to operational head. He will keep his attention on Diesel Supervisor, Site Engineers and Estate Manager.
The Estate Manager will control and co-ordinate the activities of all illegal or legal matter at cell site. He will be responsible for providing periodical reports and feedback to the Project Manager. Any type of dispute with owner, public, govt. Organization or itself matter of company will tackled by him. The distribution of site rent cheque, electricity demand draft and such type of activities will be performed under his supervision.
Qualified Electrical/Civil Engineers will depute for every 100 sites or as per requirement to supervise the quality and condition of all electrical equipments (11 KVA to LT Meter)at cell site as per the specification. He will be responsible for all liasoning with SDO/Ex. Eng. or higher authority of Electricity Board/Nagar Nigam/Nagar Panchayat/All types of development authorities and also he will be responsible for all major activities done by technician at site.
A MIS Executive will be well qualified personnel in computer. He will keep control and coordinate with computer operators and also will be responsible to maintain up-to-date data originally from field. He will be directly in touch with Project Manager.
Qualified Site Engineers will depute for every second district or as per requirement to supervise the quality and condition of all equipments at the site as per the specification. He will be responsible for providing periodical reports and feedback to the Project Manager. And also he will be responsible for all major activities done by technician at the site.
The Diesel Supervisor will control and co-ordinate the activities of all diesel filling personnel involved at the site. He will be responsible for providing periodical reports and feedback to the Project manager. He will keep command on his diesel team and will keep maintain quality & quantity of diesel. Quality of diesel will be checked at petrol pump/site at random interval. Data collection and coordination with MIS team will be major job of a diesel supervisor.
Technician will be minimum ITI holder and will be experienced in his field. A technician will look after his site(s). He will keep up to date of all site and share all information regarding complaints, work to be done or have been done with computer operators. He will perform all activities under the site engineer.
