QRT (Quick Response Team)
As we have assured you about to save the outage, we want to tell you our strategic plan….
We will arrange a team of well experienced and technically sound persons on BSC level. They will be able to fight with any causes of outage any time any where in his BSC area.
These team will keep and maintaining a Trolley DG, a sufficient quantity of Diesel, Some Electrical Materials even a 25/63 KVA Electric Transformers, some major and important DG Parts such as Fan Belts, LLOP, DG Battery, DG Self, Stop Solenoid, and some other parts.
These team will be responsible for the Cluster Manager, but they will take a rapid action on the call of site technician. So we can say that it is a Rapid Action Force.
